1. 客戶遞交預訂之申請後將會收到電郵通知確認收到你之預訂申請。After customers submit their pre-order application, they will receive an email notification confirming receipt of your pre-order application.

2. 貨品分配視乎供應決定。我們不保證預訂的人士最終獲得供貨，亦無法保證實際到貨日期。Product allocation is subject to supply decisions. We do not guarantee that those who pre-order will eventually receive the goods, nor can we guarantee the actual arrival date.

3. 當貨物到港時我們將致電或已電郵聯絡有關付款和送貨安排。When the goods arrive in Hong Kong, we will call or email you regarding payment and delivery arrangements.

4. 所有貨品訂單必須在完成付款後才作實。如果貨物總計費用的任何部分在付款截止日期之前仍未被全數支付，我們有權取消客戶訂單。All product orders are considered confirmed after payment is completed. We reserve the right to cancel the customer's order if any part of the total cost of the goods is not paid in full by the payment due date.

5. 只接受香港收貨地址。Only Hong Kong delivery addresses are accepted.

6. 現階段不會接受自取貨品，貨品將會使用速遞送貨。At this stage, we will not accept self-pickup of goods, and the goods will be delivered by courier.

7. 當提交預訂後，不可更改任何資料。Once the pre-order is submitted, no changes to any information are allowed.

8. Grounding接地產品: 每人每件產品限預訂最多五件。Grounding products: Each person can order up to five units per pre-order.

9. 如發現購買之商品不是你訂購的商品, 或發現商品已有損壞/有缺陷，請在收貨後七天內聯絡我們要求提出換貨或退款，並把沒有被使用過的商品包裝和送貨單放入退貨包裹中一併退回我們的地址。否則我們不會安排退貨或退款。If you find that the purchased product is not what you ordered, or if you find that the product is damaged/defective, please contact us within seven days after receiving the goods to request a replacement or refund, and put the unused product and the delivery note in a pack and return to our address. Otherwise we will not arrange a return or refund.

10. 如果我們在收到你的預訂60天內未能交貨，你可以要求退款。If we fail to deliver within 60 days of receiving your order (including a pre-order), you can request a refund.

11. 除非按上述規定，在任何情況均不予退還已支付的購物款項或訂金。Except as stipulated above, the payment or deposit for purchases will not be refunded under any circumstances.

12. 只接受香港收貨地址。Only Hong Kong delivery address is accepted.

13. 我們只會將貨物送到你指定的地址（即訂單上顯示的地址），收貨人需要簽署收貨確認書。如果你堅持我們的快遞員將貨物放在訂單顯示的地址以外的地方和沒有你的簽署，則任何貨物損失的風險均由你承擔。We will only deliver the goods to the address specified by you (i.e. the address shown on the order), and the recipient needs to sign a receipt confirmation. If you insist that our couriers leave the goods at a location other than the address shown on your order and without your signature, the risk of loss of any goods is borne by you.

14. 無論任何原因，在購買日期起之後的60天內你仍然沒有或不能收取貨物，我們有權決定如何處置貨物而不承擔任何責任，你將無權獲得任何退款。Regardless of any reason, if you do not or cannot collect the goods within 60 days from the date of order confirmation, we have the right to decide how to dispose of the goods without assuming any responsibility, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

15. 並且在法律允許的範圍內，由於貨物延遲或不能交付或貨物在運輸過程中發生任何損壞而導致你蒙受的任何損失，我們概不負責。To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss you suffer due to delay or failure to deliver the goods or any damage to the goods during transportation.

16. 運費是根據你所選擇的送貨服務類型，並按每張訂單而收取。住宅或工商大廈派送：送貨運費HK$80。Shipping charges are based on the type of delivery service you choose and are charged on a per order basis. Delivery to residential or industrial and commercial buildings: delivery fee is HK$80.

17. 凡消費總額滿 HK$300 或以上，即可享免費派送服務。Free delivery service is available when the total spending reaches HK$300 or above.

18. 我們現時的送貨服務只限本地，但並不適用於部份地區。請查看以下不提供送貨服務的區域：羅湖、落馬洲、沙頭角、米埔、文錦渡、打鼓嶺、草島、長洲、坪洲、南丫島、大嶼山、梅窩、塘福、蒲台島、大澳、東龍島、貝澳、東坪洲、坪洲、西貢島嶼區、鹽田梓、橋咀洲、滘西洲、糧船灣、白沙灣、塔門、海下、喜靈洲、葵涌貨櫃碼頭區、香港迪士尼樂園地區、香港國際機場區、國泰城、超級一號客運站、任何設有入閘費或需排隊進入的倉庫或區域、禁區及郵政信箱。Our current delivery service is limited to local areas, but is not available in some areas. 20. 接地產品的保養（如有）將由供應商提供，並應遵守供應商保養的條款及細則。如果出現故障及製作上的缺陷，你可以在相關供應商的保養期內(購買日期起計一年之內)自費將貨物直接退回我們進行維修或更換（由供應商決定）（受供應商保養條款及細則的約束）。我們不承擔任何與供應商保養有關的責任或風險。Maintenance of the grounding products (if any) will be provided by the supplier and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier's maintenance. In the event of malfunctions and manufacturing defects, you may return the goods directly to us for repair or replacement (at the discretion of the supplier) at your own expense during the relevant supplier's warranty period (that is one year from the purchase date), subject to the supplier's maintenance terms and conditions. We do not assume any responsibility or risk associated with supplier maintenance.
