工作坊以舒緩繃緊為前題,教授自我按摩手法。透過自我按摩,我們可以更深入地感受身體及其反應,從而加深對自己的了解。我們亦會一起進行呼吸練習,跟隨海浪的節奏,幫助減壓,進入深度放鬆狀態,令身心雙重療癒。
The workshop aims at soothing our mind and releasing the tension in our body. We will learn self-massage techniques and practice mindfulness breathing together. Self-massage allows us to take a moment to go inward and re-connect with ourselves. Together with breathing exercise, we will create a harmonious atmosphere for us to fall into nourishment. Giving our tension up and dive into deep body and mind calmness.
